Privacy & Safety — Pilot Notice

TrackThePin is a limited pilot. To recognize return visits, this website uses a browser cookie and stores a keyed hash associated with pin claims. Do not enter your full name, personal contact details, school address, or exact location. Claim records include the cheer team or nickname you submit, optional competition or state, and submission time.

Public pin journeys do not display individual device identifiers or participant names. The site does not collect GPS location. Clearing cookies may remove your ability to recover your collection.

Children under 13 must not submit a claim in this pilot. Additional verified parental consent and appropriate privacy notices are required before opening claim/reward features to children under 13. No physical reward drawings or shipping are active.

Before public launch, replace this pilot notice with a reviewed privacy policy, retention rules and contact information.
